Endeleo Counselling Therapy to Host ‘Rewind and Heal Vol 2’ Wellness Event in Nairobi

Mental wellness group Endeleo Counselling Therapy is set to hold the second edition of its “Rewind and Heal” experience in Nairobi on May 16, 2026.

The event, which will take place at Karura Gardens from 9am, is designed around relaxation, reflection and social connection through different activities.

More Kenyans are now turning to outdoor wellness events as they look for new ways to deal with stress, burnout and emotional pressure in daily life.

The full-day event will bring together adults for activities focused on mental wellness through play, movement and group connection.

According to the organisers, the event is designed for professionals, entrepreneurs and other adults looking for a safe and relaxed space to unwind and reflect away from the pressure of everyday life.

The programme will include storytelling sessions, guided relaxation, dance, group games, reflection circles and nature walks.

The organisers say many adults struggle with stress, loneliness and work-life imbalance but often avoid therapy because it feels too heavy or uncomfortable.

“Mental health is no longer a whispered topic in Kenya,” the organisers said in their media brief, adding that many people are now looking for easier and more open ways to talk about emotional wellbeing.

The event is built around three areas expression, movement and connection which organisers say help people release emotions, relax the body and build healthy social support.

Endeleo Counselling Therapy says last year’s event attracted 60 participants and they expect between 100 and 150 people this year.

The organisers also say outdoor wellness spaces are becoming more important as conversations around mental health continue to grow in Kenya, especially among working adults facing pressure from jobs, business and personal life.

The event will run from 9am to 4pm at Karura Gardens on May 16.

Tickets for the event start from Ksh2,500 for early bird access, according to the event poster shared by the organisers
