NCBA Group has concluded the 2025 Johari Awards with a vibrant grand finale in Nairobi, spotlighting the partners, dealers, brokers, and agents who have played a critical role in driving asset finance growth and Insurance Premium Financing (IPF) across the country.
The national gala marked the climax of a countrywide celebration that included regional ceremonies in Mombasa, Eldoret, Western Kenya, Mt. Kenya Region, and Thika all aimed at honouring grassroots excellence and strengthening NCBA’s partnerships in the Asset Finance and IPF ecosystem.
This year, NCBA recognised 154 outstanding performers: 75 winners awarded at regional mini-galas and 79 honoured at the Nairobi finale. The awards come at a time when NCBA is celebrating strong Q3 results that reaffirm its leadership in asset finance growth.
The Group posted a profit after tax of KSh 16.4 billion, an 8.5% increase year-on-year, while profit before tax rose to KSh 20.5 billion. Operating income climbed to KSh 53.4 billion, supported by a 48% contribution from non-banking subsidiaries including NCBA Insurance, Leasing, Investment Banking and Bancassurance.
