Stivo Simple Boy MCA Bid 2027 is no longer just a rumor it’s a reality. The Freshi Barida rapper has confirmed he will vie for a Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat in Nairobi’s Kibra constituency in the 2027 General Election.
Speaking to SPM Buzz, Stivo expressed his desire to bring real change to Kibra, highlighting concerns over youth unemployment and the alleged mismanagement of bursary funds. “I want to be a voice for the voiceless,” he said. “Many young people in Kibra are jobless. They don’t receive bursaries. I want to bring change.”
Though Stivo did not name the exact ward he will contest in, Kibra constituency includes Sarang’ombe, Laini Saba, Makina, Lindi, and Woodley/Kenyatta Golf Course.
He stressed that his Stivo Simple Boy MCA Bid 2027 is focused on accountability, fair resource distribution, and community-driven development. “If given the chance, I will ensure that bursaries are distributed fairly and job opportunities are created. My mission is to work for the people, not for personal gain,” he added.
Stivo also praised Mumias East MP Peter Salasya as a role model for youthful, people-centered leadership. “Salasya is a good example of what it means to lead with heart,” he said, defending his decision to join politics despite the common perception that it is a “dirty game.”
