Filipino TV stars Coco Martin and Julia Montes are headed to Nairobi this June for Kapamilya Live in Kenya ABS-CBN’s first-ever fan event in Africa, organized in partnership with StarTimes, Africa’s top digital TV provider.
The much-anticipated event will take place on June 28 at Nairobi Cinema, headlined by Primetime King Coco Martin and Prime Actress Julia Montes two of the Philippines’ most iconic stars whose hit dramas have won hearts across Africa.
Coco and Julia, celebrated across the continent for their roles in shows like Brothers (Ang Probinsyano), Doble Kara, and Walang Hanggan, have become household names in many African homes thanks to StarTimes’ broadcasting partnership with ABS-CBN.
Currently, Coco Martin’s latest action drama (Gangs of Manila) is airing on StarTimes. In July, viewers can look forward to a rerun of “Walang Hanggan,” followed by the premiere of Julia Montes’ emotional drama “Saving Grace” in September.
