NCBA Bank has stepped up its engagement with high-net-worth customers through two exclusive events designed to combine lifestyle experiences with financial advisory, as competition for affluent clients continues to grow.
The bank hosted more than 60 Platinum Banking clients and invited guests at Radisson Blu Hotel in Nairobi for a live screening of the international football final between Spain and Argentina.
While football was the main attraction, the event also created an opportunity for clients to engage with wealth advisors and senior bank executives on investment and long-term financial planning.
Discussions focused on wealth creation, portfolio diversification, succession planning and investment opportunities, giving clients a chance to explore how NCBA’s financial solutions can support both their personal and business goals.
Speaking during the event, NCBA Group Director for Retail Banking Dennis Njau said the bank is increasingly focusing on building lasting relationships with clients by offering more than traditional banking services.
“At NCBA, our purpose is Banking on Belief, Empowering Ambition, and for our affluent clients, this means delivering more than exceptional financial solutions. It is about building trusted relationships and creating experiences that align with their lifestyles, passions, ambitions and long-term wealth aspirations,” said Njau.

He noted that such engagements allow the bank to better understand clients’ changing financial needs while connecting them with investment expertise and tailored financial solutions.
NCBA’s Platinum Banking proposition offers clients dedicated relationship managers, investment advisory services, structured investment products, deposit solutions, lifestyle financing and personalised financial planning. The package is designed to support customers through different stages of wealth creation, preservation and succession planning.
At the same time, the bank held a separate Premier Banking engagement at the Jaguar Land Rover showroom in partnership with Inchcape Kenya.
The event brought together Premier Banking clients to explore asset financing solutions for luxury and high-value vehicles. Clients also interacted with NCBA asset finance specialists and representatives from Inchcape Kenya on financing options tailored to their investment and lifestyle needs.
According to the bank, the partnership demonstrates how financial institutions and vehicle dealers can work together to provide customers with seamless financing solutions while helping them manage their long-term financial goals.
The two events highlight NCBA’s strategy of offering personalised experiences to different customer segments beyond conventional banking.
As demand for tailored financial services continues to grow, the lender says it will continue investing in relationship-driven banking by combining expert financial advice with exclusive client experiences aimed at strengthening long-term customer relationships.
The initiative comes as banks increasingly compete for affluent customers by expanding wealth management services, personalised advisory and lifestyle offerings alongside traditional banking products.
