Due to fraud accusations being raised about M-Shwari services online, the platform has set the record straight and clarified that an account linked to Brian Aballah was not used for any fraudulent activity.
M-Shwari Responds to Fraud Allegations
On Friday, M-Shwari responded to the fraud accusations raised about the platform’s services. The Customer Experience team at M-Shwari looked into the matter and reached out to the person who had allegedly had a fraudulent account.
The fraud accusations raised about the M-Shwari services were not based on factual evidence and were not related to the real account. The account had not shown any fraudulent activity.
Therefore, M-Shwari asked for the removal and sharing of the posts making the fraud accusations. In their statement, they also stated that they were regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya and were trusted by millions of Kenyans to safeguard their savings.
The company also stated that they were committed to providing dependable services to customers and protecting their savings.
The company also stated that they were committed to having open and honest dialogue and encouraged customers who were concerned about fraud accusations and account differences to contact them for clarification.
“M-Shwari remains open to fair, constructive engagement and encourages customers to use official channels for assistance.”
