With just weeks to go before the big showdown in Nakuru, betPawa has officially handed over the FKF Women’s Cup Trophy to the Football Kenya Federation.
The handover held at betPawa’s Nairobi office, wasn’t just about the silverwareit was a clear show of commitment to women’s football in Kenya.
This year’s final, set for June 29 at Africa Stadium, is more than just a match. It’s the result of a growing investment in the women’s game.
Through its Locker Room Bonus (LRB) initiative, betPawa has pumped in KSh 4.3 million directly rewarding players and coaches. For many, that kind of support is game-changing.
“Our aim is to create meaningful opportunities in football by recognizing talent and rewarding performance. The event also saw FKF CEO Harold Ndege accept the trophy on behalf of the Federation.“We welcome this trophy with pride and purpose. Together, we are setting the standard for what women’s football should look like in this country,” he said.
